Funeral prayers held for the student who was killed in brawl between two student unions at IIUI
ISLAMAB AD (Dunya News) – Funeral prayers held for the student – who was killed in brawl between two student unions at International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) on Dec 12 – in Islamabad.
According to the details, dead body of slain student Tufail-ur-Rehman was sent to his hometown, Gilgit, after the funeral prayer.
The funeral prayer was led by Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Siraj-ul-Haq. A large number of teachers and students attended the funeral and prayed for the deceased.
While talking to media, Siraj-ul-Haq declared the incident as a conspiracy and demanded arrest of the culprits.
Moreover, 34 injured students were discharged from PIMS hospital.
University and its hostels were closed for three days
