Pakistani lawyers move Indian SC against Modi's atrocities in occupied Kashmir
The petition also requested the court to annul the Indian move of abrogating Article 370.
NEW DELHI (Dunya News) – Pakistani lawyers on Friday have moved Indian Supreme Court (SC) against Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi’s continuous atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
According to details, the Pakistani lawyers have adopted the stance that Indian government has continued its curfew in Kashmir despite court’s orders which is a violation.
The petition also requested the court to annul the Indian move of abrogating Article 370 that gave special status to the occupied valley and also urged to take suo moto notice of the matter.
