US court issues summons against Indian PM Modi ahead of his arrival to USA
Court also issued summons against Indian home minister and Commander of Indian forces in IoK.
WASHINGTON (Dunya News) – A US Court on Thursday issued summons against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi ahead of his arrival to United States to attend the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to details, the commons were issued against Narendra Modi for committing human rights violations in the Occupied Kashmir.
The summons were also issued against Amit Shah, Union Home minister of India and Lt. General Kanwal Jeet Singh Commander of Indian Armed forces in the Indian-occupied Kashmir IoK.
