ICJ Verdict in Kulbhushan case is a victory for Pakistan: FM Qureshi
Commander Jadhav shall be treated in accordance with the laws of Pakistan
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Wednesday said that the verdict of International Court of Justice in Kulbhushan Jadhav case is a victory for Pakistan.
In a tweet, he said commander Jadhav shall remain in Pakistan and he shall be treated in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
He said that Jadhav has confessed all committing terrorist activities in Pakistan during his trial in Pakistani court in front of a Judicial Magistrate. This is a clear case of Indian state terrorism.

Earlier, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in its judgment announced regarding Indian serving Naval Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav had decided not to acquit or release him thus not accepting Indian pray.
