CM Buzdar to allocate 35pc of development budget to South Punjab

The Chief Minister said 35 per cent of the total development budget will be allocated for districts in Southern Punjab.

LAHORE (Web Desk) - Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar expressed to provide special focus to South Punjab as he announced to allocate 35 percent of the total development budget for its development on Thursday.

He was talking to tribal elders, notables and party workers at his native village Barthi in Dera Ghazi Khan today as per Radio Pakistan reported.

The Chief Minister said 35 per cent of the total development budget will be allocated for districts in Southern Punjab.

He said that possitive change is being visible in health and education sectors due to effective measures adopted by the incumbent government.
Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar later attended baluch traditional mehfil "Hal Ahwal".

Addressing the participants, he said that we have started working for the uplift of every under developed area of the province including tribal areas of Dera Ghazi Khan.

He said that 105 development schemes are underway in Dera Ghazi Khan and the destiny of the area would get change with the completion of these schemes.
