PM complaint cell: KP officials given last warning over inaction

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The Prime Minister’s Secretariat has on Tuesday issued final warning to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) officials for not taking action against the complaints that are registered on Citizen’s Portal.

According to details, around three lac KP citizens registered on the PM’s portal and 64729 complaints were lodged. Over 40000 complaints were solved and the rest are still pending.

The locals are not satisfied over the officials’ performance. It has been learnt that the senior officers are showing non-serious attitude. On the other hand, the administration has maintained that steps are being taken to solve the issues of the people.
