Pakistan will not intervene in Afghanistan's internal matters: PM
40-year-old Afghan dispute has badly affected people from both states, PM stated.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Thursday has announced that Pakistan will not intervene in Afghanistan’s internal matters, saying that we will continue to support peace process in the neighboring country.
In a statement, the premier said that Afghan process has brought hope for the constant peace in the region, adding that Pakistan stands against every kind of violence in Afghanistan.
40-year-old Afghan dispute has badly affected people from both states, he stated.
PM Imran said that it’s not right to conclude the negotiation with force. He requested the parties to show persistence towards the sensitivity of the issue.
Pakistan is ready to assist in anything for the revival of peace in the area, he went on to say.
