Govt only wants looted public money back: Fawad Ch
They are taking to the streets on the Abu Bachao Muhim
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry on Friday said the government just wants the looted public money back and does not have any personal enmity with former president Asif Ali Zardari nor former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
Speaking exclusively in Dunya News program ‘Ikhtalafi Note’ the federal minister refuted any corruption charges on the Peshawar BRT project.
‘Only lack of planning has been witnessed and the mistakes need to be exposed.
To a question, the minister stated that though money laundering law exists but the mechanism for its enforcement was not established. There is a system of law which should be respected by all.
‘We haven’t yet made any case but now evidence related to other cases is emerging,’ he added.
Criticizing PMLN and PPP, Fawad claimed that the public is aware of the current political movement, which is all about saving their respective fathers.
‘They are taking to the streets on the ‘Abu Bachao Muhim’.
One shouldn’t consider the masses to be fools; they know why these politicians are getting together.
We have no personal rivalry with Nawaz or Zardari, they should just give back the plundered public money but they are in love with money, they would rather die than to give back the loot.
