An anti terrorism court on Saturday heard the Benazir Bhutto murder case in Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi. During the hearing of the case, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) requested the court to declare former President Pervez Musharrraf proclaimed absconder and confiscate his assets in the country.The FIA also told the court that the British government had refused to hand over Musharraf to Pakistan, stating that the two countries have no formal extradition treaty. The court asked the FIA to submit the compliance report of Musharraf’s arrest warrants and adjourned the hearing till May 7.
