Two PTI workers fall prey to target killing in Karachi
Some unidentified person gunned down two PTI workers in different parts of Karachi on Thursday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Two Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers fall prey to target killing incidents in different parts of Karachi on Thursday night, Dunya News reported.
According to police sources, a PTI worker namely Shafqat was shot dead by some unidentified persons in Orangi Town area. Shafqat had recently joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
The second incident occurred in Site-A Bawani Chali area where some unidentified persons riding on motorcycle opened fire and killed 27-year-old Abdur Rehman.
Police shifted the dead bodies of the deceased PTI workers to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. PTI leader Khurram Sher Zaman and other office-bearers reached the hospital after the incident.
On the other hand, police chif in Kharachi has sought an immediate report from the DIG West over the target killing of PTI workers.
