The Sindh High Court has declared the appointment of 12 officers, came on deputation in the Sui Southern and other companies, as invalid. The SHC division bench announced the verdict on 50 petitions that appointment of the officers on deputation was illegal. The court ordered the Sindh government to send these officers back to their respective institutions so that they could perform their duties. These officers are working at secretary level.
