Fencing of Pak-Afghan border to be completed by December 2019: DG ISPR
The total length of the border is 2611 kilometers.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Director General ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor says fencing of Pak-Afghan border will be completed by December next year.
In a video message on twitter, he told that work on 233 of 843 forts and 802 of 1200 kilometers priority one areas has been completed.
The total length of the border is 2611 kilometers, he added.

DG ISPR asserted that the army is aiming at speedy completion of the work in priority one areas.
Major General Asif Ghafoor expressed hope that fencing the Pak-Afghan border will benefit peaceful people of the two countries while restricting terrorists.
