Karachi: SC allows construction of up to six-story buildings
CJP allows KDA, SBCA and other to continue construction of multiple-story buildings.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Tuesday has approved the plea submitted by Association of Builders and Development (ABAD) allowing construction authorities to construct up to six-story buildings.
According to details, CJP Nisar has allowed the Karachi development Authority (KDA), Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) and others to continue the construction of multiple-story buildings.
The verdict was announced during the hearing held in the Supreme Court Karachi registry today.
It is pertinent here to mention that CJP is also expected to lay foundation of another building for the Supreme Court registry.
