CJP takes notice of murder of mother, daughter in Jehanian
The CJP has directed inspector general of police (IGP) Punjab to submit report within three days.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has taken suo motu notice of alleged murder of mother and daughter in Jehanian, Dunya News reported on Sunday.
The notice was taken after a video gone viral on social media which shows the women being allegedly murdered by their opponents when they were returning after attending the court.
Taking notice of the issue, the Chief Justice has directed inspector general of police (IGP) Punjab to submit report within three days.
