Nobody can stop Pakistan from construction of dams: CJP Nisar
Justice Saqib Nisar said that we will construct as many dams as we wish on Indus River.
LONDON (Dunya News) - Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Saqib Nisar on Thursday said that nobody can stop Pakistan from construction of dams, Dunya News reported.
Addressing a ceremony in connection with fundraising of Diamer-Bhasha dam at a hotel in London, Justice Saqib Nisar said that we will construct as many dams as we wish on Indus River and nobody can stop Pakistan from construction of dams.
Justice Saqib Nisar said Pakistan is a sovereign state and added that sovereignty is not less than any blessing. He said that Pakistan needs leaders like Quaid-e-Azam.
Justice Nisar further said that he has no political agenda and vowed to work for the welfare of the humanity after retirement.
The fundraising ceremony was arranged by lawyers, some charity organizations and overseas Pakistanis in London. A large number of Pakistan living abroad attended the event.
