PM Khan arrives in UAE for day-long visit
Ministers of Foreign, Finance, Energy, and Petroleum as well as Advisor on Commerce were with PM.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday has reached Abu Dhabi on a day-long visit to hold discussions on bilateral relations and matters of regional and international interest.
Ministers of Foreign, Finance, Energy, and Petroleum as well as Advisor on Commerce were also with the PM Khan.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will meet with Vice President and Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, besides other high officials.
The invitation to his visit was extended by Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan.
Meanwhile, SAARC Chamber Commerce and Industry (SCCI), Senior Vice President, Iftikhar Ali Malik said that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s tour to United Arab Emirates (UAE) would help boost Pakistan’s export besides exploring new trade potential between the two countries.
On the other hand, Prime Minister Imran Khan will also pay an official visit to Malaysia on November 20-21 2018. He would be accompanied by a high level delegation.
This would be the first state visit by any foreign leader since Dr Mahathir Mohamad assumed office in May 2018 and Prime Minister Imran Khan’s first bilateral visit to Malaysia.
The two prime ministers will have a one-to-one meeting, followed by delegation-level talks. Pakistan and Malaysia enjoy warm brotherly relations founded in mutual respect, friendship and understanding reinforced by strong cultural and religious affinities.
The visit of the Prime Minister would provide an opportunity to further cement the existing friendly and cordial bilateral relations by enhancing economic, trade and commercial ties, for our mutual benefit.
