LAHORE (Dunya News) – Ameer Tableeghi Jamaat Haji Muhammad Abdul Wahab has died at the age of 94, in Lahore after protected illness.
According to Tableeghi Markaz Raiwind, the funeral prayers of Ameer will be offered after Maghrib prayers in Raiwind Pindal, Lahore.
Meanwhile, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain and Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Noor ul Haq Qadri have expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Ameer of Tableeghi Jamat, Haji Abdul Wahab.
In their separate condolence messages, both the ministers highlighted and appreciated the services of the deceased for preaching and spreading the message of Islam.
They offered their condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa also expressed grief on sad demise of the renowned religious scholar.
