Some Pakistani passengers transiting through Kuwait were stranded due to cancellation of flights

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Foreign Office spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal on Saturday said that some of the Pakistani passengers stranded at Kuwait airport have been issued boarding passes for the flight leaving for Lahore tonight.

In a tweet, the spokesperson said that the remaining passengers would be accommodated tomorrow (Sunday).

Dr Faisal said that due to heavy rains Kuwait declared emergency for three days and its airport suspended operations for few hours on Thursday.

Some Pakistani passengers transiting through Kuwait were stranded due to cancellation of Kuwait airlines flights to Lahore.
