Religious party leader, policeman shot dead in Peshawar
Some unidentified gunmen shot dead leader of a religious party and a policeman in Peshawar.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Some unidentified gunmen opened fire at a car in Phandu area in Peshawar and shot dead leader of a religious party and a policeman.
According to details, leader of a religious party, along with a police official, was going home when some unidentified gunmen sprayed bullets at his car, critically injuring both of them.
The victims were rushed to Lady Reading Hospital where they succumbed to their wounds during treatment. Police have cordoned off the area after the incident. However, the attackers managed to escape from the scene.
