Asad Umar to chair ECC meeting today
Finance Minister will chair sixth session of Economic Coordination Committee in Islamabad today.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Finance Minister Asad Umar will chair sixth session of Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) in Islamabad today (Tuesday), Dunya News reported.
According to details, a comprehensive report on LNG terminal and LNG agreements will be presented in the meeting. Sources said that a summary to increase electricity prices will also come under consideration during the meeting.
Sources further informed that summary regarding hike in power tariff can be withheld during the meeting while relief in gas and power tariff can be maintained till by-elections.
