Rehman Malik urges political parties to stop patronising criminals

Interior Minister Rehman Malik said on Sunday that the law enforcement agencies arrested 30 criminals, who were involved in target killing in Karachi and receiving extortions. Talking to media in Islamabad after meeting with a delegation of the Muttahida Quami movement (MQM), Malik said that the law enforcement agencies started an operation against criminals in Karachi. Finance Minster Hafeez Sheikh said that the government could review the petroleum prices after taking into consideration all political parties. MQM Deputy Convenor Farooq Sattar said that the government should review the petroleum prices.
