Roof collapse injures 12 in Jhang
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the injured to hospital.
JHANG (Dunya News) – At least 12 people were wounded when roof of a house situated at the Bhakkar Road in Jang collapsed on late Sunday night, Dunya News reported.
According to details, roof of a house Jhang where a wedding ceremony was underway suddenly caved in, burying dozens of people including women and children under the debris.
Rescue teams reached the spot and retrieved the injured from the rubble with the help of local residents and shifted them the hospital. Rescue sources said that two children were also among 12 injured people.
The injured were identified as Adnan, Abrar, Zafar, Abu Bakar, Naved, Abdul Majeed, Rustum, Salman, Saad Ullah, Irfan and Nadeem.
