MAKKAH (Dunya News) – Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has renewed license of Shaheen Air International after which, a special flight will bring back stranded 1500 Hajj pilgrims from Makkah.

According to details, the airlines will continue its flight operation as per which, 325 passengers will reach Karachi today (Saturday).

Earlier, Shaheen Air brought back more than 200 Pakistanis stranded in China’s Guangzhou on Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar’s notice.

The passengers had to reach Pakistan through a Shaheen Air on July 29 but they were left stranded when the flight was halted due to dispute with the CAA.

Shaheen Air International was prohibited to utilise facilities and services offered by the CAA after failing to clear dues amounting Rs.1.5 billion.
