Prime Minister Imran Khan reaches Lahore

Imran Khan will address the members of Punjab cabinet today (Saturday).

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Imran Khan reached Lahore on Friday night. This was the first official visit of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief to the provincial capital after assuming the charge of Prime Minister office, Dunya News reported.

The premier will stay at his residence in Zaman Park and will hold meetings with Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and other party leaders.

He will discuss the name of candidates for the by-poll due to be held on two seats of National and Provincial assemblies. Imran Khan will also address the Punjab cabinet today (Saturday).

On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate for president Arif Alvi is also arriving in Lahore for election campaign.

He will meet Punjab CM and possibly with the premier. Alvi will also call on members of Punjab cabinet and speaker assembly Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
