War veteran Sepoy Maqbool Hussain to be accorded military burial today
Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has expressed his grief on his demise.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The funeral prayers of war veteran of the 1965, Sepoy Maqbool Hussain will be offered on Wednesday with full military honour.
Sepoy Maqbool Hussain breathed his last at CMH Attock, reported Inter-Services Public Relations Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor on Tuesday.
The brave soldier got injured and was taken prisoner by the Indian Army during 1965 war. Later, after spending 40 years in Indian jails, he was released during 2005. He was recipient of Sitara Jurrat.
