Following Khans landslide victory in the elections, LEAs started extending VVIP protocol.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) on Saturday compiled initial security report declaring PM-in-waiting’s Bani Gala residence and Speaker House perilous as both locations remain vulnerable to terror threats, well-informed sources told Dunya News.

Expressing grave concerns, the report terms security arrangements around Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) supremo Bani Gala’s residence inadequate.

Sources privy to LEAs further stated that both Khan’s Bani Gala residence and Speaker House don’t have complete boundary wall and sufficient numbers of check posts. The report warns miscreants can effortlessly target Imran Khan or any member of his family from both aforementioned locations.

Inside-aware further stated that officials of LEAs and Islamabad administration—after compiling report—met a senior leader of PTI and apprised him of the security threats. Officials have also decided to meet cricketer-turned-politician and inform him about the threat level.

It would be sufficed here to say that Imran Khan—in his victory speech—had announced not to use Prime Minister’s House as his residence.

Following Khan’s landslide victory in the elections, LEAs started extending VVIP protocol and security to Khan.
