A special anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi on Saturday disposed of a petition filed by the FIA to declare Ajmal Kasab and Faheem Ansari as proclaimed offenders. Kasab and Ansari were allegedly involved in the Mumbai terror attack.The court maintained that Kasab was in the custody of the Indian authorities and he could not be presented in this court and that waswhy he could not be declared as proclaimed offender. The court adjourned the hearing until April 9.
