Pakistan has not officially responded to Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s invitation in which he invited President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani to the India-Pakistan World Cup semifinal in Mohali, on March 30.The Foreign Office spokesperson, Tehmina Janjua, confirmed that invitation has been received, Manmohan Singh will also be present on the occasion.After 2007 Mumbai attacks, India had stopped playing cricket with Pakistan and had cancelled a tour of Pakistan that was scheduled in 2008. Majority of Pakistani people opined that the prime minister or the president should go to India to boost their teams morale.
