Karachi Police Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Investigation Iftikhar Tarar has said that if any investigation officer was found guilty of negligence in the investigation of serious crime cases, a stern action would be taken against him.Talking to Dunya News on Thursday, the DIG said that a reduction in the incidents of car and motorcycle theft and snatching was recorded in Karachi. According to him, in January, 124, in February, 110 and in March 84 motorcycles have been snatched or stolen, whereas in January, 285, in February, 413 and in March 263 cars have been snatched or stolen in Karachi.
