ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan on Tuesday expressed resentment over Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s son alleged attack on his party member Hamidul Haq.

Taking to Twitter, Khan strongly condemned the incident that occurred in the Senate gallery.

He asserted that the Gullu Butt mindset of PML-N is pervasive and is damaging to democracy in Pakistan.

The alleged brawl came less than an hour on Monday after the Senate elected its chairman, opposition-backed Sadiq Sanjrani.

While talking to the media, Haq asserted that an outsider, who was occupying a seat behind him grabbed him by the neck for raising slogans in favour of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) after Sanjrani’s victory.

He demanded off Senate administration to identify the man and impose a hefty fine for the act.
