Sialkot: Four sisters sustained injuries in acid attack

SIALKOT (Dunya News) – Four sisters were wounded in the acid attack in Bokan area in the jurisdiction of Muradpur Police Station in Sialkot on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the accused entered the house of victims on the pretext of delivering milk and sprayed acid on 20-year-old Afshan. Three minor sisters of Afshan namely eight-year-old Amna, seven-year-old Aisha and six-year-old Janat were also wounded in the acid attack.
Rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and shifted the victims to Allama Iqbal Hospital.
IG Punjab took notice of the incident after the news was aired at the Dunya News. According to DPO Sialkot, main accused Qasim want to marry Afshan and on her refusal sprayed acid on her with the help of his friend Fakhar. Police have arrested both the accused.
