LAHORE (Dunya News) – Ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday is chairing an important meeting of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders in Lahore’s Jati Umra.
Sources told that ongoing political and security situation in the country is being discussed in the meeting while a strategy to tackle the Hudaibiya Paper Mills case is also devised.
The participants also expressed will to speed up contact with other political parties including Pakistan Peoples party (PPP) whereas they also presented different recommendations regarding General Elections scheduled to be held in 2018.
Senior leaders including PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal are attending the meeting.
