NAB cases withdrawal challenged

A petition has been moved in Lahore High Court seeking the suspension of NABs decision to withdraw the cases against parliamentarians, Dunya News reported on Thursday.

As per details, a writ petition has been filed, challenging the NAB’s decision to quit NAB cases against the 60 political leaders. The applicant has said that 60 parliamentarians were involved in billions of rupees corruption and NAB’s decision to quit them from the cases is unlawful, therefore, the court should issue the order for the suspension of the decision and to direct the NAB to recover the money from the leaders.
