The Federal Government has sought more time from the Supreme Court for submitting reply about the appointment of Justice Dedaar Hussain Shah as NAB Chairman. NAB chairman Dedaar Hussains appointment was challenged by Ch. Nisar and Shahid Orakzai. The petitioner maintained that legal requirements of his appointment were not fulfilled. Governments lawyer Abdul Hafeez Pirzada today sought more time for submitting reply about the appointment. The court adjourned the hearing giving one week time to the government.
