The court rejected the plea for Provincial leader JWP Shahzain Bugtis bail application on Saturday, Dunya News reported.The security forces arrested Shahzain Bugti along with 26 of his personal guards on 22nd December 2010 and recovered a huge quantity of illegal arms and ammunition when the Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) leader was driving with his convoy from the town of Chaman.We would approach Balochistan High Court after the bail plea has been rejected. Keeping in view the legal aspects, we were quite sure that court will grant the bail, Shahzain Bugtis lawyer told.
