Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, while hearing pleas against NAB Amendment Ordinance, said in his remarks that why statement of Chief Executive of the country wasnt given weight in the National Assembly. A three member bench led by CJP heard the pleas. The CJP said that there were imperfections in the statement of PM Gilani submitted by the Attorney General. Petitioner Zafar Ali Shah said that he was not provided record of PM speech by the Speaker NA. Attorney General told that record was being attained.
