HEC amends rules for verification of degrees
Amendment has been made to the rules for difference of date of births on other documents
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Sources at the Higher Education Commission (HEC) revealed that amendments have been made to the rules for difference of date of births on different certificates and degrees, reported Dunya News.
Sources confirmed that HEC has made some amendments to its rules owing to NADRA non-compliance to change its records once an individual’s age is more than 45 years.
The Higher Education Commission will now accept an individual’s age mentioned on his SSC certificate in case if different date of birth is found on the any other certificate or degree.
Earlier most of the applications were rejected as the date of births didn’t match with NADRA records however the rules would still apply to individual aging less than 45 years.
