General Bajwa signs black warrants of 8 terrorists
Muslim Khan, spokesperson for TTP Swat is among the eight terrorists
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Qamar Javed Bajwa has signed black warrants of eight terrorists on Wednesday while three terrorists have been given life imprisonment.
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that the terrorists include murderers of social activist, Sabeen Mehmud in Karachi and masterminds of Safoora Goth attack.
All eight terrorists had collectively fatally targeted 90 persons while injured 99 others.
According to Director General (DG) of ISPR, spokesperson for banned Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Swat named Muslim Khan is among the eight whose death warrants have been signed today.
Khan was involved in killings of police inspector Sher Ali and several locals.
All the eight terrorists were tried by military courts that were established after amending the constitution in 2015 after Army Public School (APS) was attacked in December 2016.
