LAHORE: (Dunya News) – If November was worrying for the provincial capital of Punjab, the start of December has been even more troubling as the ruling Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Inamullah Niazi was robbed on Lahore’s Mall Road in broad daylight, reported Dunya News.
Inamullah Niazi was listening to his phone while sitting in his car at Mall Road’s Club Chowk when two unidentified bikers came to him, snatched his phone on gunpoint and fled.
Operations DIG Dr Haider Ashraf took notice of the incident after Dunya News’s report and a committee has been formed under the headship of SP for the arrest of the suspects. DIG has ordered the arrest of the suspects within 24 hours.
