Summary Technical fault in Mangla power station caused power outage in cities of Punjab, KP and Azad Kashmir
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Power outages were caused in different cities of Punjab Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Kashmir after a technical fault occured in Mangla Dam on Saturday, reported Dunya News.
WAPDA officials told that outages were caused by technical fault but it was not confirmed what was the technical fault.
WAPDA team reached the concerned place soon, after which power was restored in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Mardan, Kohat, Lahore, Okara, Jhelum and Gujranwala.
