PML-Q Chief Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain has said that his party would oppose the Reformed GST bill (RGST) in the National Assembly (NA), Dunya News reported on Saturday. Addressing a press conference in Islamabad Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain said that PML-N played politics in senate while he also accused PML-N of agreeing on the bill during the meeting og Council of Common Interests. He also said that MQM advised PML-Q to walk-out of the session while refrained from doing the same. Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain was of the view that the government did not take PML-Q into confidence on the decision of appointing Hamid Yar Haraj as the chairman of ERRA whereas the party has summoned Hamid Yar Haraj to clarify his position. Talking on the occasion Senator Wasim Sajjad of PML-1Q said that it was not the RGST Bill that approved from the senate, it was only the recommendation of the bill that were approved. He also said that PML-Q had recommended rejection of the bill which was not approved.
