Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani said on Saturday that the government wanted to take all parties on board regarding the issue of terrorism, adding that Army supports the strengthening of democratic process in the country. Talking to the media after inaugurating countrys first liver transplant centre in Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore, the PM lamented that PMLN was not a friendly opposition, however, added that the parliament was his strength. Responding to a question, Gilani said he had no objection whatsoever on the meeting of Chief of Army Staff and Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif. There is nothing to be afraid about in their meeting, the PM said nonchalantly. The premier assured that the government was taking appropriate steps for complete eradication of Hepatitis in the country. The government had already allocated funds for the provision of free treatment to the patients of liver diseases, he said.
