Summary Mohammad Bux Mahar should compete against Punjab in public service sector, Rana Sanaullah says
LAHORE (Dunya News) – In a video circulating on the media, Sindh Minister for Sports Mohammad Bux Mahar can be seen doing push-ups. Mahar challenged provincial ministers belonging to Punjab to do fifty push-ups in order to prove whether they were fit enough or not, reported Dunya News.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Tallal Chaudhry and Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah lambasted Mohammad Bux Mahar over his challenge. Rana Sanaullah stated that he (Mahar) may be physically fit but was mentally unfit, adding that if the Sindh sports minister was up for a challenge, he should compete against Punjab in the public service sector.
The video of Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali doing push-ups has also went viral. Later, Abid Sher Ali also challenged Mohammad Bux Mahar to lift 100kg of weight as an attempt to prove his fitness.
