Summary Bilateral relation with Afghanistan government was also discussed in the meeting.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday held a meeting with the Army Chief General Raheel Sharif at the PM House to deliberate over gruesome situation in Kashmir due to Indian violence.

According to details, situation in the region and the internal security of the country was discussed besides Kashmir dispute. The meeting discussed violations of human rights by Indian forces in the occupied valley.

Bilateral relation with Afghanistan government was also discussed in the meeting.

After concluding sitting with the Chief of Army Staff, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is chairing a meeting to review national security issues and regional situation.

Matters related to the National Action Plan, Operation Zarb-e-Azb, and targeted operation in Karachi will also come under discussion.

The meeting will be attended by Defence Minister, Finance Minister, Interior Minister, Information Minister, National Security Advisor and Advisor on Foreign Affairs.

Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee, chiefs of the three armed forces, Director General ISI, DG Intelligence Bureau are attending the meeting as well.
