JAMSHORO (Dunya News) – At least ten people were killed while 31 others sustained severe injuries as a passenger bus overturned on Indus Highway in Jamshoro today (Tuesday).
According to details, the incident took place when a speeding van en route to Karachi from Shahdadkot turned turtle on Indus Highway and killed 10 people while 31 others got injured.
The wounded people were immediately taken to the hospital in Edhi ambulances for medical assistance where the doctors stated that four of the injured are in critical condition.
Sources told that three children are also among the dead while police personnel termed the mishap as a result of high speed.
Earlier, as many as four bikers were killed when a speeding van collided with a motorcycle and fell into a ravine in road mishap near Sultan Bahu Bridge in Shorkot.
The accident also left eight injured.
