Summary Whilst Sindh CM attempted to remain attentive others were seen nodding off.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Slumber was a trend to be followed in Sunday’s All Parties Conference in Chief Minister (CM) House. Sleep kept bugging Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah while others followed his example and dozed off during the meeting as well.
The APC called in by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) to discuss reservations and doubts on population consensus failed to grab the attention of the leaders attending the meeting and turned into a nap time for many.
SIndh CM was seen resting his head on his hand, his eyes drooping heavily with sleep. Shah tried desperately to stay awake, adjusting his sitting angle and sometimes walking out the hall.
Whilst Shah attempted to remain attentive others were seen nodding off including Jamat-e-Islami’s (JI) Asadullah Bhutto and Pakistan Muslim League Functional’s (PML-F) Mehtab Akbar Rashdi.
Even though all political parties seem to be united for the rights of citizens of Sindh but it is necessary to shake the politicians out of their slumber if they want a proper implementation of these plans for prosperity.
