Govt-Judiciary clash: Dunya News airs special transmission

After governments denial to open Swiss cases, a new clash between government and judiciary is imminent. Politicians have also raised alarms on the new emerging situation. Special transmission on government-judiciary conflict named Faislay Ke Ghari would be launched today at 7pm. After declaring NRO as null and void, the Supreme Court had ordered to reopen cases against President Zardari in Swiss courts, however, the government kept on delaying tactics. PM Gilani clearly said on various occasions that the President had impunity while the SC had remarked that the PM was fully aware of consequences of defiance regarding implementation of court orders. Special transmission would be continued for three days in which analysts, politicians and legal experts would express their views.
