LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has on Thursday demanded deployment of army personnel in Kashmir and Punjab during Azad Kashmir elections. He said that Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) doesn’t know how to contest an election without rigging. He also inaugurated PTI Azad Kashmir Secretariat in Shah Jamal Lahore amid disorder and fighting of the workers, reported Dunya News.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Imran Khan said that PTI will contest the election with full preparation. He said that measures will have to be adopted in order to make the elections fair and transparent. “We’ll have to prevent rigging in Azad Kashmir and Punjab because we spend half the time stopping PML-N from rigging”, said Imran.

PTI Chairman said that his party completely supported Kashmir cause and that Kashmiris must get the right to self-determination.

Earlier when Imran Khan arrived at the ceremony, disorder prevailed over the event as workers pushed each other to somehow climb the stage. The party leaders pleaded before the workers to make way for the leadership and also asked for guards’ help.
