Pakistan, Afghanistan decide to improve border cooperation
ISI and Afghan Intelligence chiefs agree to increase cooperation on Pak-Afghan border
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) Chief General Rizwan Akhtar and Afghan Intelligence Chief Masood Andarabi agreed on Friday to increase cooperation to stop movement of terrorists on Pak-Afghan border, reported Dunya news.
According to the details, intelligence chiefs of both countries had a one-on-one meeting in Islamabad where both chiefs agreed to increase cooperation to stop movement of terrorists on Pak-Afghan border. Both chiefs vowed to stop use of their territory against other countries.
Earlier, the intelligence chiefs of Pakistan, Afghanistan, United States and China had a meeting where it was decided to resume talks with Afghan Taliban and to exchange intelligence about the Afghan Taliban factions willing for negotiations.
