ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Conflict seems to be ending as the Federal Interior Ministry on Wednesday issued the notification for 90-day extension of exclusive powers of Rangers on Sindh government’s requisition.
According to the notification, Sindh Rangers are entitled to all the special powers that they were practicing earlier.
Rangers have also been provided policing powers on the basis of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
Rangers will be able to conduct action against terrorists, extortionists and kidnappers along with aides of the terrorists.
